I 100 migliori film del 20° secolo

Per festeggiare il suo 100° anniversario, l’American Society of Cinematographers ha pubblicato una lista dei 100 migliori film del 20° secolo “per mostrare il meglio della cinematografia selezionata dai cineasti professionisti“. Film come Blade Runner, Apocalypse Now, Citizen Kane e Lawrence d’Arabia sono inclusi nella lista che vi proponiamo interamente qui sotto.

Prima però puoi dare un’occhiata a questo montaggio video che include alcune scene epiche e indimenticabili degli ultimi 100 anni di cinema e televisione.

Il processo di selezione dei 100 film è iniziato con i membri ASC, ognuno dei quali ha presentato dai 10 ai 25 titoli preferiti che hanno cambiato il modo in cui si sono avvicinati al loro mestiere. “Ho chiesto loro – come cineasti, membri delle ASC, artisti, registi e persone che amano i film e le cui vite sono state modellate dai film – di elencare i titoli che hanno avuto più influenza nella loro vita“, spiega Fierberg. È stata quindi rispettata una lista principale e i membri hanno votato quelli che consideravano i 100 titoli più importanti.
